That's not true. At 55 health I can not tank 10 mino or trolls.. They simply hit to much even for 4 echants and healing breeze + insidious parasite. It's a struggle to keep alive and you will eventually die.

But are you suppose to be tanking with 55 builds? I thought that I-necro builds were suppose to attack from a range where monsters won't actually be in range to attack you while you unleash your curses.

The most enemies I've tanked at once was probably a mix of 15-20 Griffons, mino's and rockshots.
Mind you, I did have Insidious Parasite and Orision for a full heal to go with mending & breeze.
@ Forever: The whole point of the build (of any 55 build for that matter) is to reduce the damage you take from attacks through Prot Spirit. SInce you only take 10% of max damage, you're generally only taking 5 damage a hit (55hp x 10%)
You want the enemies to mob you so that your spiteful spirit can do more damage.

in response to one of the poster's statement about tanking as many as possible, its not true at least in my experience. When i do smites with this build, my health is at around 50% most of the time, and thats just one group of about 5-8. Now if i was to aggro two groups, the spike will definitly overcome breeze + mending.
I have been able to tank 3 darknesses and 2 ataxes with no problems tho.

the point of a 55hp is to TAKE physical dmg, in no way would there be a reason for 55hp from distance attacks... being hit gives you energy, and with ss it deals out dmg... the whole point of this build is to take aggro, getting hit does dmg and energizes u

When u start to aggro LARGE groups, when talking about griffins, trolls, and hydras... starting to get 10+ in my experience, u get foes that can't attack you and kinda just stand there.... and the ss still does dmg to them.. I have no probs with over 10 foes... but then again... when farming these types of opponents I also bring orison... helps alot in my opinion

Please excuse me if this is a stupid question but...
Did they nerf the solo build for the UW or something?
I have only tried a couple of times, with two other guildmates present, and I'd be fighting the aatxes and all of the sudden all of my enchantments would be stripped without a dying nightmare in sight (we had killed them already)
And I, and two other very experienced players, can say with 100% surety, that there were no DNs anywhere!
Any ideas why this would happen?
Did they give the aatxes the ability to strip enchantments now or something?
I am going to go try it again right now
At any rate, it works great for Griffon farming
Thanks for sharing!

As far as UW, i dunno, haven't done it in a while... been messing with my tank.. I have heard of losing enchantments with a NM present but that rumor has been around for a long time!

I've experienced the same problems.... and yes to kill them you do need to aggro a large group, at least in my experience you do... try to keep a couple foes alive to follow u around, it helps...
FoW is the MOST challenging but most fun area to solo.... takes alot of practice, which means it takes alot of platnium!
